Booking Policy

Booking is easy :

1. Submit your inquiry.

2. Choose your session.

3. Select your preferred date.

4. Receive your booking confirmation.

Sessions are confirmed only after the required retainer has been received.

Cancellation and refund policy

Retainers are non-refundable but may be transferred to one rescheduled session if notice is given at least 72 hours before the scheduled session.

If Saleca Photography must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control, clients may choose either:

-A full refund of any amounts paid, or

- A new session date.

Gallery Delivery Policy

Edited galleries are delivered digitally.

Estimated delivery times:

- Portrait Sessions: 2–3 weeks.
- Maternity Sessions: 2–3 weeks.
- Family Sessions: 2–3 weeks.
- Wedding Galleries: 6–8 weeks.

Clients receive an online gallery where they can download their images.

Model Release

Unless requested otherwise in writing, clients grant Saleca Photography permission to use selected photographs for:

- Portfolio.
- Website.
- Social media.
- Advertising.
- Marketing materials.
If you prefer your images remain private, simply notify us before your session, and we will honor your request.
